03 · PROVISION OF THE WEBSITE / SERVER LOGS

Provision of the Website / Server Logs

Each time you access our website, data is automatically processed that your browser transmits to our server. This is necessary to display the website and ensure its stability and security.

Processed data includes:

Date and time of the request
Requested page / file
Referrer URL
Browser type and version
Operating system
Name of the access provider
Language settings
HTTP status code

Legal basis: Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest in operating, securing, and optimizing the website).
Storage duration: 14 days.
Recipient: Hosting provider (data processor within the EU).

If you contact us by email, telephone, or via the contact form, we process the data you provide (e.g., name, email address, phone number, content of the message).

Purpose: Handling your inquiry.
Legal basis: Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR.
Storage duration: Until your request has been fully processed, unless statutory retention obligations apply.

05 · WORKSHOPS AND TICKET PURCHASES VIA THRIVECART

Workshops and Ticket Purchases via ThriveCart

For booking our workshops, we use the ThriveCart platform (Provider: ThriveCart Ltd, 5 Margaret Street, London W1W 8RG, United Kingdom). The processing of your personal data in connection with the purchase process is carried out by ThriveCart under its own responsibility. Further information can be found in the ThriveCart Privacy Policy.

Our data processing: We receive from ThriveCart the information necessary for contract execution (e.g., name, email address, booked event) and use this to organize your participation in workshops.

Legal basis:

Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR (contract performance)
Art. 6 para. 1 lit. c GDPR (legal retention obligations)

Storage duration:

Contract and billing data are stored in accordance with statutory requirements for up to 10 years (e.g., under AO and HGB).
Participant lists are deleted no later than 12 months after the workshop.

06 · DISCLOSURE OF DATA

Disclosure of Data

Your personal data is only disclosed to third parties if this is

necessary for processing the ticket purchase (e.g., via ThriveCart, payment service providers),
required by law, or
necessary to fulfill contractual obligations.
