Some things only come from doing. The Hackathon closes that gap, by putting small teams of leaders into building mode on real problems from the business, through short build sprints and quick status rounds, until working prototypes pitch in the room and the team votes on what it has just made.

Most AI work in companies bolts onto processes designed years before the technology existed, and disappoints because the bottlenecks were in the shape of the workflow itself, not in the missing tools. We pick the workflows that matter most, redesign them from 2026 forward together with the team that owns them, and produce an implementation plan the team can execute immediately.
